AI video upscaling increases resolution and may improve details affected by blur or compression. Results depend on the source: it cannot guarantee recovery of authentic detail or remove every artifact. Try a short clip first and compare faces, textures and motion.

Basic HD is intended for everyday upscaling while keeping the original look. Advanced Enhancement attempts to rebuild detail and may change textures, faces or text. Choose a video, mode and 1080p or 4K to estimate credits locally. Click Start to upload for server validation. Output must exceed the source size; Advanced supports up to 4× enlargement. Same-size enhancement is not currently supported: output dimensions must exceed the source. After checking your file, the page shows available output dimensions and the credit quote. A more expensive resolution is never selected automatically.

For enhancement, upload MP4, FLV, TS, AVI, MOV, WMV or MKV files up to 10 GB. MediaKit documents no fixed input duration cap for either enhancement mode; long videos still need valid metadata and may not process successfully. Standard accepts inputs up to 2K, while Advanced accepts inputs up to 1080p; output is 30 fps. The app delivers H.264 MP4 results and may reject media that cannot meet that delivery contract. Supported videos are delivered as 30 fps H.264 MP4 files with their AAC audio track preserved. Silent videos remain silent. Preview the result and check audio synchronization before downloading.

Eligible verified accounts can receive 30 one-time starter credits, valid for 7 days, across video, image and GIF tools, all modes and output presets. Up to 3 attempts that may incur a processing cost are allowed, subject to balance and service availability. Reserved credits are returned if we cannot deliver a verified result. An uncertain submission is checked before proceeding, so avoid submitting it again. Tasks have a six-hour delivery deadline, not an estimated processing time. Starter credits have separate expiry and attempt limits. Read the refund policy

Original videos are accessible for 24 hours after upload completes, and results for 7 days after processing completes. Save a local copy in time. Deleting a file disables access before background cleanup. The processing provider has separate retention rules; immediate deletion of its copies is not guaranteed. Yes, once the task has been submitted successfully, processing continues in the cloud. Wait for upload and submission to finish before closing the page. Sign back in and open My files to check progress and download the result.
