Before uploading, review how your chosen tool processes and retains files. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to process.
1. Scope of this notice
This notice covers Artplayer AI, individually operated in the United States. Send privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to support@artplayer.org. We may verify your identity before handling account requests.
2. Data we store
Stripe hosts checkout. We store customer identifiers, orders, subscriptions, and payment events, but not card numbers or CVCs. Google sign-in requests only your basic identity (name, email and profile picture) to create an account and sign in, without Drive access. Email sign-in stores a password hash and verification status. Cloudflare sends account verification and password-reset emails to the address you provide. We store account information, job records, media metadata, and credit ledger entries to provide the service. Metadata includes format, dimensions, duration, and frame rate, used to validate uploads, calculate quotes, and deliver results.
3. Where files are processed
For video upscaling, source videos are uploaded to this app’s private Cloudflare storage and sent to fal for AI processing. This cloud service requires third-party processing. fal has its own retention and deletion rules. Before using another tool, review its processing and provider information.
4. Retention and access
For video upscaling, source videos remain accessible for 24 hours and results for 7 days, followed by background cleanup. Files require the owning account’s permissions. Refer to each other tool’s information for its retention periods. Download content you need to keep; the service is not long-term backup storage.
5. Deleting a file
Deletion first stops new access, followed by physical cleanup; downloads already in progress may finish. App storage and provider copies can have different cleanup states. Account, credit source, reservation, refund, and audit records support service delivery, disputes, and recovery. Deleting a file does not also erase these billing records. Business snapshots are retained for 30 days; independent audit and deletion records are retained separately.
6. Cookies and feedback
Authentication cookies are required for sign-in sessions. Only after you allow analytics do we load Google Analytics, using cookies separate from the main site to measure page visits and basic device information. Google receives network request information. We do not intentionally send file contents, filenames, account details, job IDs or URL query parameters, and do not enable advertising personalization. You can change your analytics preference on this page at any time; rejecting analytics does not affect the service. For account or privacy questions, contact support@artplayer.org and include the relevant job ID without attaching sensitive files.
