Welcome to Artplayer AI. These terms apply to your use of our service.
1. Your account
Verified accounts receive 30 one-time starter credits, valid 7 days across all tools and models, with up to 3 potentially billable submissions including failures, subject to balance and platform budget.
2. Your uploaded content
Upload only files you have the right to use and process. Do not submit sensitive personal information or material unsuitable for cloud and third-party processing.
3. AI-generated results
AI processing may introduce artifacts or alter details. Higher resolution does not guarantee recovery of true detail. Review results before use and keep the original version.
4. Credits and job status
Accepted jobs lock the quote and reserve eligible credits expiring soonest. Validated delivery settles once; failure releases credits to their source. Expired paid credits receive 7-day compensation; signup credits are not extended. Unknown outcomes are reconciled without duplicate paid submission. Deleting completed results does not automatically refund credits.
5. File retention
For video upscaling, sources are accessible for 24 hours and results for 7 days. Refer to each other tool’s information for its retention periods. Save files within those periods. Deletion stops new access and triggers background storage cleanup.
6. Operator and billing contact
Artplayer AI is individually operated in the United States. Contact support@artplayer.org for support or privacy requests. See the credit, cancellation, and refund policies; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
