How do starter credits work?

Eligible accounts using Google sign-in or verified email registration can receive 30 one-time starter credits, valid for 7 days across all tools and modes. Up to 3 attempts that may incur a cost are allowed, subject to balance and service availability. File checks and confirmed unbilled failures do not count; some processing failures do. Returned credits keep their original expiry and do not reset the attempt limit.

Can one plan cover video, image and GIF upscaling?

Yes. Monthly plans and top-ups cover video, image and GIF tools without separate subscriptions. Each tool quotes for its input and settings; identical tasks cost the same credits on every plan. Starter credits also cover all tools, subject to balance, expiry and attempt limits.

How many credits will a task use?

Cost depends on the tool, input and output settings. Review the exact credit quote before starting. Videos are priced by duration, output resolution and mode; images by output preset; GIFs by duration and scale factor. The same input, tool and settings use the same credits on every plan. An accepted quote does not increase when the task finishes.

Do I have to upgrade my subscription when credits run out?

No. You can buy a credit top-up on the pricing page or choose a monthly plan to suit your needs. Purchased top-up credits do not expire, while monthly credits are valid for the current billing period. Review the price, credit amount and terms before purchasing.

Do credits and processing results expire?

Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. Starter credits expire after 7 days. Video, image and GIF results are available to download for 7 days after completion, so save a local copy in time.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

You can cancel renewal from your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds cover eligible unused credits that are not reserved for a task; used amounts require review. See the subscription and refund terms for full details.

What happens if processing fails?

Your credits are returned. If paid credits expired during processing, replacement credits are valid for 7 days. Starter credits keep their original expiry, and some failed attempts still count toward the 3-attempt limit.
