How to use Artplayer AI
Tools and your account
Choose a tool from the AI tools directory, view tasks and results in My files, and manage credits and subscriptions from your account. Check each tool page for availability, input requirements and settings. Tools marked Coming soon cannot process files yet.
1. Sign in and starter credits
Verified accounts receive 30 starter credits once, valid for 7 days across all tools and models, with up to 3 potentially billable submissions including failures, subject to balance and platform budget.
2. View, download and delete files
Use My files to check task status and download results before the displayed expiry. Deletion stops new access and schedules cleanup, though downloads already started may finish. This is not long-term backup storage. Review the quality of AI results before using them.
3. Credits, subscriptions and help
Your account shows balances, reservations, credit sources and expiration, and a link to manage subscriptions in Stripe. For help, email support@artplayer.org with a job or order identifier. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive files.
Video upscaling guide
The modes, formats and retention periods below apply to video upscaling. Signup and paid credits can be used for Basic HD or Advanced enhancement. Advanced may reconstruct textures, text or facial details.
Video upload requirements
Supported inputs are landscape, portrait or square MP4 / MOV with H.264, 8-bit SDR, and AAC or no audio. Files can be up to 1 GB. Neither mode has a fixed product duration cap; long videos are still checked after upload and may not process successfully. Input is no longer limited to 30 fps or 1080p. Output is 30 fps and must be larger than the source.
Video modes and quotes
Choose Basic HD or Advanced, then 1080p / 4K and confirm the checked-video quote. Quotes last 10 minutes. You can run multiple tasks at the same time, with credits reserved separately for each task. Advanced supports up to 4× scaling. Credits are reserved, consumed after delivery, or released on failure. Do not resubmit a reconciling job.
Video retention
Source videos are accessible for 24 hours and results can be downloaded for 7 days. Save them promptly.
